Integrations

It has to get on with what you already run.

Nobody replaces everything at once, and nobody should have to. Gydon syncs with the systems that are already load bearing in your business, starting with the one that matters most: your accounts package.

Accounts and payments

Xero

Invoices, credit notes, payments and contacts sync both ways, so your accountant carries on working the way they already do.

Stripe

Payment links on invoices, checkout in the customer portal, and card readers on the trade counter.

Selling online

WooCommerce

Products, stock, prices and orders sync with your WordPress shop, with webhooks for the things that cannot wait.

BigCommerce

The same product, stock and order sync for a BigCommerce store.

Amazon

List products, publish price and stock, and pull orders back into the same queue as everything else.

eBay

Listings, stock and orders, handled alongside your other channels.

Etsy

For the makers whose work sells there as well as through the trade.

Mirakl marketplaces

Operators including B&Q and The Range, which run on the Mirakl platform.

Microsoft and Google

Microsoft 365 mail

Each user connects their own mailbox over OAuth, so no password is stored and mail threads onto the right record.

Microsoft 365 calendar

Two way calendar and task sync for the people who live in Outlook.

Entra ID single sign-on

Optional, and off unless you switch it on, because plenty of organisations prefer to keep their own logins.

Bookings

Scheduling pages backed by Microsoft 365 calendars, for the appointments customers book themselves.

OneDrive

Attach files from a user's OneDrive to records in Gydon.

Google Drive

Client folder provisioning and unified document storage.

Data and other systems

Companies House

Match your accounts to the register and enrich them with real firmographics.

HubSpot

Import companies, contacts and deals when you are moving across.

Teamwork

Import projects, milestones, tasks and time, matched to your customer accounts.

LocationIQ

Geocoding and multi-stop route optimisation behind delivery planning.

Cloudflare

Domain registration and DNS management, for agencies who look after client domains.

Your own

An API, and a way to trade with another Gydon

Gydon has a versioned REST API with scoped keys, which is what the field apps themselves run on. If you need to push or pull data from something we have not listed, that is the way in.

There is also partner trading: link your Gydon to another company's and orders, dispatches and invoices pass between the two rather than being typed twice at both ends. If you regularly buy from or sell to somebody who also runs Gydon, that is worth a conversation.

Not on the list?

Tell us what you run. Some things are a settings page, some are a piece of work, and we will tell you honestly which one yours is rather than promising it is easy.

We will go through it and tell you what connects, what imports, and what stays where it is.
