All 32 modules.
Gydon is licensed a module at a time. Turn on what your business does and leave the rest off: the menus, the screens and the permissions all follow the licence, so an unused module is not clutter to scroll past. Tasks, the calendar and timesheets are always available to everybody, licence or not.
Always on, for everyone
These are not modules. They are the floor the rest of it stands on, and every user gets them.
CRM
Contacts, accounts, leads and a deal pipeline, with a full history against every record.
Sales documents
Quotes, proformas, orders, invoices, credit notes and price lists, with PDF templates you control.
Tasks and calendar
One task list for the whole business, whether the task is a follow-up call or a production stage.
Timesheets
Time recorded once, against whatever it belongs to, and reportable across all of it.
Webmail and mail sync
Mail threaded onto the record it concerns, so the conversation is not stuck in one person's inbox.
Reporting
A report builder over the live data, with saved reports and scheduled delivery.
Document templates
Your own paperwork, with merge fields that reach into the record being printed.
Workflow automation
When this happens, do that. Triggers on records, dates and statuses, with no code required.
Roles and permissions
Permission by module and action, with per-user overrides where somebody is an exception.
Licensable modules
Pick the ones that match how you work. Every description below is the one the software itself carries, so what you read here is what you get.
Making and moving goods
Manufacturing
Production orders that build products from their bill of materials, plus material requirements planning.
Product Costing (BOM)
Bills of materials and cost-of-goods roll-up on products. Uses the materials from Inventory.

Operations
Work orders and shipments.
Logistics & Delivery

Partner Trading
Link this install to another company's Gydon so orders, dispatches and invoices pass between them instead of being typed twice.
On the floor and on the road
Shopfloor App

Warehouse App
Android handset in the warehouse: look stock up by barcode, book goods in, move and count it, then pick, pack and dispatch an order.
